Yamunotri is the source of the Yamuna River and the seat of the Goddess Yamuna in Hinduism. It is situated at an altitude of 3,293 metres in the Garhwal Himalayas and located approximately 30 kilometers North of Uttarkashi, the headquarters of the Uttarkashi district in the Garhwal Division of Uttarakhand, India.

  1. Day 01: Delhi - Haridwar (230 kms/6hrs)

    Arrival Delhi Railway Station, Meet & Assist further drive to Hardwar, enroute lunch. Later drive to Hardwar transfer to your Hotel. Visit Har-ki-Pauri for Ganga Aarti in evening. Back to your hotel.Night halt.

  2. Day 02: Haridwar – Barkot (215 Kms, 8 Hours Approx.)

    Morning, after breakfast check-out from the hotel and then drive to Barkot via Mussoorie. on arrival check-in hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

  3. Day 03: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (42 Kms & 5 Kms Trek) Each Side

    Early morning (4:00 am) drive to Jankichatti (42 kms), start 5 kms trek from Janki chatti to Yamunotri either by walk, doli or by horse at own cost. On arrival at Yamunotri take bath in hot Jamunabai kund then go for temple darshan, after having temple darshan you can also cook rice by packing it in a cloth and dipping it in the hot water of the hot kund. Pilgrims take this cooked rice back to home as “prasad”. After this back down to Jankichatti and then proceed to barkot. Overnight stay at hotel.

  4. Day 04: Barkot - Rishikesh (220kms/7hr)

    Drive back to Rishikesh on arrival Check in Hotel later visit Laxman Jhula , Ram Jhula.Overnight stay.

  5. Day 5: Rishikesh - Delhi (215kms/6hr)

    Morning visit Rishikesh Local Sight Seeing. Later drive to Delhi.On Arrival Delhi, Drop at Railway Station/Airport.
